The Illinois Lottery says someone in Decatur and Champaign is missing out on a cash prize and they are running out of time to claim it. Two central Illinois people from last year’s St. Patrick’s Day Millionaire Raffle won $1,000, but never claimed the money. Lotto officials say If the owners of the tickets do not come forward by Wednesday, March 17, the money will be deposited into the Illinois Common School Fund. Players can have their tickets verified at any Illinois Lottery retailer across the state. Thee tickets were sold at the Jerry’s IGA on Roundbarn Road in Champaign and the Pilot Travel Center on Boyd Road in Decatur.
